Has GW lost against CHS?

Earlier today i was talking to someone in my local GW and he was saying that the way he understood what was going on with the court case in the US is that GW lost and that they are now appealing it.

Has anyone else heard it as i thought that the case was just ongoing? Would have thought there'd be an article on the front page about it.

He doesn't work for GW he was just saying that the way he understood the latest bits of info (not sure which site he is reading it all from) was that GW lost (he gave similar arguements to some of the people on here about car parts) and are now appealing.

The case is ongoing and no decisions have been handed down by the court. The case has not yet gone to a jury trial.

The Federal Judges are to hear oral arguments from both sides, begin to issue summary judgements, then move towards a trial date late this year if all goes according to schedule.
