We all say that wargaming needs better gender equality. One company seems to have figured it out. I've been traveling around tournaments across the United States for some time and have noticed something. From north to south, east to west, the same pattern emerges - Warmachine/Hordes has a much higher percentage of women than other systems...We have often said in the wargaming universe for years that gender inequality is striking.
