Below is just a quick photo of my Death Guard Hellbrute that i am working on, i have sculpted a distended stomach complete with toothy maw, and have added some pustule (not visible in photo) and have also added a trio of spikes bursting from the right shoulder complete with decomposing corpse.

Anybody got any advice or ideas?

Good greenstuff work on the stomach.

I feel like the zombie bit looks unbalanced on that shoulder though. Maybe move it to the other shoulder/centre body and have it leaning slightly to match the lean of the body?

I'd also turn the Nurglings on the base to face a bit towards one way or the other, it doesn't feel right with them facing the same way as the Hellbrute.
