Can "Vanilla" (i.e. Cadian) IG use the FW Tauros from IA8?

Barring the obvious questions about using FW in a standard game of 40K, do the IA8 rules for the Tauros allow its use in a regular IG army?

Yes you can pg 89 of IA 8 says you can.
