Thats nothing compared to how much my feelings are hurt that for the book it would cost me about 80 pounds shipped + local taxs of 12% on the book so...... *pistol in mouth* why can't forgeworld sell anything good in canada :(

It's as you see it in this months WD :) the white in the illustrations are maybe more grey / off white than the bone look of the model in the issue. The main difference is the much more weathered and used look the armour has compared to the other legions. The blurb says that instead of adorning their armour with badges of honour etc, they proudly display the battle damage. It's their badge of honour. Weathering etc is going to look good on these guys.

I have plenty of experience teasing Canadians, my wife is from Yellowknife :)

I received mine yesterday and spend the whole night reading it. I was a bit afraid that this book wouldn't be worth 70£ but it really does. This book is massive, and quite heavy. It is such a beauty, and now after reading through it I'm willing to spend even more creating my army. It has so much choice in it when I ended up putting all the goodies I wanted my army was closer to 4000 points. It's going to be tough making a choice.
As you can see, I really recommend that book to everyone!

If they are out of stock, as opposed to being swamped with orders, then that would be 'cos of high demand for the book that would outstrip however many they sold at GD. Also don't blame the sellers, they are just meeting demand. It is idiots who are willing to pay four times as much to get the book a week or two early that are the problem.

It is the website I was talking about, it can't be about being busy, because an order I placed four days later has been posted, must be a question of stock, and people have been buying multiples to sell on. if you are an independent stockist or some such, fair enough, but if you are just an ordinary customer placing an order you ought to be limited in how many you can buy, at least initially.
