Flying Monstrous Creatures Dive and Grounded

Perhaps my BoLS seach-fu sucks, but I couldn't find this in our forums here.

1. Grounded Tests (p49): Is this test only done once per unit shooting regardless of how many shots actually hit? Or 1 test per hit from each model in the squad?

2. Dive (p49) states that after To Hit and Wounds you can declare it is diving. So...example: FMC is shot at and fails it's Grounded test then it is immediately considered Gliding (rulebook FAQ), then this means it obviously can't choose to Dive vs those wounds correct?

2. Incorrect, you declare diving, after wounds but before saves. The rulebook states, that you have to take the grounded test after the shooting attack is resolved. Resolving a shooting attack includes to hit, to wound and saves.
