IC with Jump pack with regular infantry Hammer of Wrath Assault?

If an IC with a jump pack (Jump Infantry) has joined a regular Infantry squad and that squad declares a Charge can the IC make a Hammer of Wrath attack (assuming he/she didn't jump in the movement phase)?

From what I have read, it seems so. The Jump Infantry IC can still jump in the movement phase and remain attached to the Infantry unit as long as Unit Cohesion is maintained.

Yes, absolutely. Individual models in the same unit can have, and use, different movement modes.

Now here's a question:

Can the jump IC, attached to a non jump, normal infantry unit, reroll his charge distance if he is the closest model? If he isn't the closest model?

RAW, he can, I think.

No, he can't. He can still use his jump pack for purposes of Hammer of Wrath, but as page 21 says, "If a unit has models that roll differently for their charge range, the whole unit must charge at the speed of the slowest model."
