Mr Mystery

European Court has said he can be deported back to Jordan.

HUZZAH! Finally we can be shot of this particularly vile man.

Though I think we should arrange a fight first, between Hamza and Cliff Richard. Peter Pan of Pop V Captain Hook of being an arse!

Thought he was one of them that we were trying to get a hold of...though I am not sure if the Obama gang is still on board with that sort of thing.

Granted, if he were to be deported to Jordan (or another Mid-East country) - they would likely just shoot the jet on the runway when it landed with a drone, as that seems to be their preferred way of handling things.

Wolfshade

It is irritating that his process has cost millions of £. Certainly, he is entitled to the legal defense, but now that his appeals have failed I think he should be made to stump the bill.

Pun not intended.

Hes going to the syates not Jordan though isnt he?

Good riddance to bad rubbish. Should have taken care of him like his country would. With a mob and set fire to his hoise

House or Horse?

Psychosplodge

It's an extradition to the US. Though I think if that fails they'll now deport him. Either way the selfish c*nt has cost millions that could have been spent elsewhere.

DrLove42
09-25-2012, 03:07 AM
House or Horse?

Both!

Its cost so much because this country couldn't dare hurt someones rights, or put him in a position to be hurt, despite the fact hes standing ons treet corners telling young people they should be killing us...

Psychosplodge
09-25-2012, 03:09 AM
What about just him?
I've no doubt he's probably said worse about the Infidel...

Wolfshade
09-25-2012, 04:05 AM
He could always claim asylum in an equadorian embasy...

Psychosplodge
09-25-2012, 04:12 AM
You think they'd take him?

Wolfshade
09-25-2012, 04:38 AM
Probably, after all they are champions of democracy...

Wolfshade

It wouldn't be fair on Abu though, having to stay with Assange

Psychosplodge
09-25-2012, 04:52 AM
No doubt he could drag it through the ECHR three or four times...

First a disclaimer: The man is an parasitic arsehole and I shall be glad to be shot of him. Also, the ECHR can be an absolute ****fest at times and makes a mockery of the reasons it was created for.

That said, I for one am glad to live in country where we treat people so well, have such a high regard for human rights, have campaign groups to keep the government honest and where everyone is granted full and fair recourse to justice, no matter how despicable they are. By going out of our way to maintain his human rights, we make a mockery of the hate he preaches. Only by rising above people like that can we ever hope to defeat them and show to the world just how wrong they are. Anything less would be stooping to his level and giving credence to what he says about us. Now we can hold our head high and ship him off to the states who can dump him in Guatanamo where he belongs! :p

I think there's a set of rules for the civilised majority, and a set of rules for monsters, and when monsters know you only play by one set of rules it costs us a fortune.
A random drive by shooting by unknown gunmen who are never caught, would have saved a lot of money...

Mr Mystery

Wildey has the right of it.

Kind of hard to call someone the correct Anglo Saxon word for a lady garden when they've treated you completely fairly.

DrLove42

Should just shoot the ****er. Or torture him in this country then he'll be glad to go elsewhere.

New evidence? **** off. If he had new evidence he'd have used it in the last trial, he can't have gained new stuff in the last day or two

We change our rules to suit the monsters and we become the monsters. Justice only works if if treats everyone the same, otherwise we might as well abandon the whole enterprise and descend into barbarism.

I know, but we're making a mockery of justice with this charade...

Wildeybeast
09-26-2012, 01:25 PM
Well yes. This would be the downside of taking the moral high ground, you get made to look like a gimp by the people who only like to use it when it is saving their arse.

Wolfshade

I know, but we're making a mockery of justice with this charade...

This is precisely what we are not doing, though I am surprised that the judge didn't dismiss the claims. Though I suppose we need to be seen as being fair and giving everyone due process otherwise we could be labeled as people who build a prison on non-national ground and hold people for years without charges or anything

Psychosplodge
10-01-2012, 02:42 PM
hmm I thought all leave to appeal had been exhausted though, the ECHR was supposedly the last resort?
Surely if they've sat on new evidence to delay the process further they should be found in contempt and have the book thrown at them?

Mr Mystery
10-01-2012, 02:45 PM
Regardless. It's now inevitable.

I have £20 on the Sun's headline for it being 'sling your hook'

Here the person is secondary to the issue.

Wolfshade

Yes, sorry I didn't make that clear. Certainly if youare entitled to a house you should have access to it regardless of what your partner has allegedly been doing. The issue is that you then can force people to downsize.

Not in this case. There's no limit on the tenancy, so they cannot force a move. Whereas my little flat has a month-month tenancy. Means I can bail with ease, and been hoofed out with minimal warning.

Wolfshade
10-10-2012, 02:16 AM
Yes sorry, that is meant to be can't.
Maybe we need council houses to be run by private industry? Or at least have contracts.
My sister, in one of her previous jobs worked for a local council housing department in the finance team, and she said that quite often tenants would sell their fire proof doors and get quite miffed that when they moved out/on they were charged to replace them...
