Contacting Forge World Using Skype

Has anyone used Skype to call Forge World? I'm using the FW number posted on the FAQ page for calling from the U.S. (011 44 115 900 4995), but it's listed as invalid. I've tried both "0" and "+" before the country code, neither has worked. Really need to get in contact with FW at this point, so help would be appreciated. Thanks.

A UK number starts 44 from abroad generally, try 0044 115 900 4995

Are you sure its a skype phone number....and not just a normal phone number?

Doesn't skype use the normal number? In fact it might not be skype compatible, cause you are using their advertised number so dunno. Could just be really busy, is the day after GD...
