Art is art, the female form is art, it's all inspired somewhere.

Everything is inspired by reality. :p

But reality is a lie. Everything is mostly empty space, so nothing exists?

Nothing is true, everything is permitted.
Anyway, enough Quantum Philosophy.

I'm on the 'female form is art' side of the argument. Sorry TDA.

As am I? I hate the deformation of the female form.
Hence why Broodmothers REALLY creep me out on Dragon Age.
My point is, why would you be aroused by the drawing of a woman when you could just look at the photograph of a woman, or even a woman in the flesh?
For that reason alone I do not understand hentai, and I never will.

lol hentai ecists because tentacles really like sex
A drawing can be as artistic as any photograph if it's done well.

Well, if that's how you like your toast buttered have fun, but don't try and justify it to me, because I simply don't understand it.

So where I really am on the argument, I'd say there's a difference between appreciating the female form as art, in a drawing or in a photograph or even a miniature, and between being aroused by it. So I agree with you that there are better ways to get your jollies than looking at drawings of women, but that doesn't mean the drawings can't have artistic value.
Is more clear?

Think Hentai is a very Japanese thing thats spread.
It gives them an outlet tfrom the usual repressed nature of Japan (pixeletated junk!) in the same way that Cosplay does. It lets them escape into a world that isn't limited by anything, even reality.
Anything that can happen can.

I don't Japan. Simples. :p
I'm not into Anime, Manga, Hentai, Yaoi, etc etc
I'm not much into the aesthetic of it, I prefer bulky things that look like they get the job done.

You were the one who mentioned the hentai, and the conversation was relevant, to the miniatures being considered art.
I'm not even sure how japan came into it? oh right, yeah, that was you too with the samurai

I don't even know what you just said. Grammar please. :p
Now you can be relevant about the art by being on topic! Huzzah.

Now. What can we learn about Nuclear Weapons?
That's right. Nuking a county turns them into highly innovative sex cases. And as such, best avoided in the present.
