So it's been a year since I first made the Alternate Fantasy Miniature Companies List (http://www.lounge.belloflostsouls.net/showthread.php?17821-Eldargals-List-of-Alternative-Fantasy-Miniature-Companies), so I thought it would be nice to get some feedback. Answer the poll questions and post some comments or suggestions here.

Would you like to see a scifi version?
Would you like regular updates on what companies are offering (I try and do this a bit now buw I don't want to spam the forum if people aren't particularly interested)?
Would you like to see more theme threads (like 'ere be Dragons) such as pirates, fantasy football etc?

I would like to see a sci-fi version, as cool as some of things on the fantasy one are, i'm a sci-fi fan at heart...

I definitely enjoy seeing what is out there. I haven't bought anything simply because I only play 40K. I have bought some accessories from Victoria Miniatures and Chapterhouse Studios. If you had a Sci-Fi list, I'm sure I would use it.

Very good feedback so far, I'm glad people are enjoying it even if quite a few aren't buying anything (which is fair enough).

I'm definitely pro doing a sci-fi series. I've been considering getting it started off myself, but would probably do it more as a collaborative thing, as I don't have the awesome model-fu that you have Eldar Gal.

Oh, and I voted that I haven't ougt any, but I'm pretty much too poor to buy much of anything currently :(

Im thinking maybe a taxonomy (grouping together companies by the type of minis they make) would make this jungle easier for many to navigate:

...exactly how to spot similarities and diffrences to separate the companies would be up to the experts..
