Hi guys. The Storm Eagle I received in the mail had a handful of broken pieces (go figure, resin pieces thrown in a plastic bag with no protective packing), and Forge World has been unresponsive to my emails for a week and a half now. I'm trying to call the U.S. contact number, but my phone doesn't like international numbers for some reason. Anyone have experience with getting in touch with that U.S. FW number?

Post a message on their Facebook page. FW have been a bit busy lately with a lot of them in America for PAX and Gencon so they probably are a bit behind in communications.

Try emailing them at: [email protected]. Even emailing them can take up to a week for a response.

If You've been using the "[email protected]" (or .com) ... that email address doesn't work.

If you have a gmail account, use the VOIP phone built into the chat screen to call from your computer. Its how I call them and it works everytime.

They are great about replacing parts.

I didn't realize they responded to customer issues on their Facebook page. I'll try that as well, as I guess I'll have to apply the kitchen sink method at this point!

Ah, well, I happen to be fluent in Cockney Rhyming Slang, due to my fondness for Guy Ritchie movies. So I will definitely get cracking! :D
