Blood Angels
Pawns: Assault Marines
Bishops: Tactical Marines
Knights: Sanguinary Guard
Rooks: Assault Terminators
Queen: Mephiston
King: Commander Dante

Space Marines
Pawns: Tactical Marines
Bishops: Devastators
Knights: Assault Marines
Rooks: Shooty Terminators
Queen: Dreadnought
King: Chapter Master

Tau
Pawns: Gun Drones
Bishops: XV25 Stealth Suits
Knights: XV8 Crisis Suits
Rooks: XV88 Broadsides
Queen: XV8 Crisis Suit Commander
King: Ethereal

The Tau have no concept of 'expendable troops', therefore they would not have pawns. ;)

I'm pretty sure even the Tau consider their drones expendable.

Tyranids:
1 queen (Tyrant)
23 pawns (gants)
Tyranid deployment fills three row instead of two. The queen is placed as usual, the pawns then fill the remaining 23 squares.
Tyranids lose by losing the queen, not the king. They win as normal. Pawns that reach the other side do not get replaced by a peice of the players choice. The "Tyranid" player instead may choose to place an additional gant in the back row closest to his side. (Think endless swarm)

whilst im fairly sure that we have had this thread before i think for eldar

pawns: rangers*
bishops: shining spears
knights: swooping hawks
CASTLES: wraithguard
queen: farseer
king: autarch.

why rangers? well look at it this way for a eldar a ranger is someone who left the craftworld and the path and is dishounerd. however a guardian is a valuable artistian/craftsman of eldar society.
