Yes, cos my son is 5 years old and sick with flu. We are home bound and we just played a game of WH40K using LEGO -figures :D (cos all my models are at the gaming spot), but all the real rules and dice. He had 1 daemon prince + 1 Plaque Marine troop -squad (Rhino) + 1 Berzerker troop -squad (Rhino). I had Avatar and Pathfinder troop -squad and DA troop -squad (Wave Serpent). We had a match on our dinner table with few obstacles and covers. We had two objectives (each 1 point) and Slay the Warlord and First Blood. Of course i helped him a lot, but it was lots of fun and took and hour or two and we end up with a tie! He had First blood and an objective and i had Slay the Warlord and an objective...things people do just to throw some dice :)

Note - there is actually a lego wargame. You use legos and build custom mechs and stuff.

least you had actual models, not jsut saying "this coke can is a carnifax"

Some of my earliest games, back in the twilight of 2nd Ed, after acquiring the taste through a friend but not having any minis of my own, were played with red pegs vs green pegs (blood angels vs orks) on a big pile of dirt in the back yard. Good times :)

It was by far the best quality 40k webcomic I've found, Some of the others are good but no TSOALR...

Someone doesn't read TSOALR. Somewhere in Super Jackhammer Carrier Tank's life, he was physically damaged, and the LasCannon Sponson (Is that pronounced LAYS, or LAZ?) was glued on upside-down. Frep's head was lost somehow by an Unsupervised Game Store Kid. Which he got replaced by an unpainted Beakie Helmet.
