Here are some Averland Halberdiers that I have recently finished painting. They were a certainly a challenge, all that yellow euugh! But good fun and I loved doing the banner! :)

Those are very nice, particularly for state troops. I find it takes more effort to do a really good job on them than most other core units, that may just be me, though.

The banner is really impressive! :)

I am not sure about how vivid the green is with the feather, though. Especially with the red banner, that might just be me though!

I do like the sash on the banner model, it looks quite liquid like a silk :)

I sprayed them a light grey primer. Then airbrushed Averland Sunset, layered Yriel Yellow, shaded Rhinox hide, highlighted Yriel Yellow + White. :)
