Yes we've used paint strippers on metal models, but they will likely damage plastic ones which is why we like Dettol as you can use it for most models. Glad you like :D

Now all I have to do is strip all my minis and start again... :eek:

It is a lot safer and easier to use fairy power spray (coat model leave for couple of hours - scrub off with toothbrush).
Also works on plastic with no worries.

i use powerspray. have done for years.

works on all minis. plastic, resin or metal.

i have found asda do not stock it frequently but tesco usually has it in (also they changed klear recently too, so you cant get that easy anymore) i have checked asdas in 3 counties in the north east (tyne and wear, cnty durham and northumberland multiple stores), and same with tesco and its usually the same stock
