I did this converted heavy flamer for my Chimera and cannot decide if I will use it or the ForgeWorld turret. It was made by pinning and attaching the heavy flamer from the Sentinel kit. I also pinned the hatch and added a magnet so I could swap out the commander.

Weigh in and let me know which one you like.

The second one because it looks alot cooler plus it adds a little bit to the range since you measure from the weapon itself:D

I do prefer the second one also, but I think it could stand to lose a 1cm or so from the base to the mantle, just looks a bit off at the moment.

I have to agree with Jiggs. The second one! The second one! Adds a slight couple of cms to the weapon's range. Do it.

Me too, I prefer your conversion. Looks meaner somehow.

definately the second one mate, its much more upto date and looks like the Forgeworld hellhound for a start. nice and mean.

Definitly the second one, the detail makes it stand out, just like a specialized chimera variant should. By the way, very good work on the paintjob, too!

Go custom, btw u measure range from the hull of the model so longer or shorter doesnt matter.
