Whats happened to the lounge? I isn't loading properly and I am getting error message!
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /var/www/includes/class_core.php(4633) : eval()'d code on line 246
Sort it out for us firefox users! I want to be able to talk about 40K to!
ADMIN NOTE: Thanks for joining us everybody (and Renegade). We are working on some issues right now that affect Lounge appearance and minor functionality. If anyone cannot login, or has errors, please add them to this thread with what browser you are using and what your issue is.
We should be all up and running normally in short order.
There is a parser issue that goes away once you have logged in. We are tackling that right away.
UPDATE: The Evil Parser bug has been beheaded!!! Its foul carcass shall be taken on a tour of the kingdom!

We're on the case Renegade.
LOTS of new features, still working out some kinks. That parse error is top of the list.

Just wanted to add to the discussion that I for one am no longer getting the error messages so the kinks seem to be working themselves out :D

It kind of looks ok as long as I am in a thread, otherwise the formatting is off in the 'welcome' bar.
Edit:
The error is back as soon as I long out. Cannot 'login' unless replying to a thread. Word format all over the place in the logging in screen.

It is my belief that heretics have infected the lounge. Agents of the dark gods are attempting to seriously annoy us loyal servants of the God-Emperor.

The functionality of the board has noticeably improved, though. For a while, I couldn't get the quote + button to work, so if I wanted to quote multiple people I had to copy/paste by hand. Now it works again. I've noticed posts auto-save, so you don't have to worry as much about accidentally closing a window or something and losing a particularly long post.

I'm sure everything will be fantastic once it is done, but at the moment the forum is still displaying badly (same error code etc)! Not so bad once logged in (as others have, said, only by trying to reply to a thread) but I find this unacceptable! I mean I want to be able to use this free service as and when I damn well... free serve...
Ok, well I guess it's not too bad :p Still, if you guys could get it sorted quickly, that'd be really nice :)

One sort of complaint:
I used to be able to do a search for all threads that I had made a reply on, and I can't seem to do it now. Am I being stupid, or is this missing in the current functionality?
It makes my visits so much easier to have a handy list of every rules argument I'm trolling ;)

Keep the replies coming folks.
Apologies for the parser error. It has been tracked down and should get zapped soon. In general, it looks like the parser error only affects the appearance of the site for non-logged in users. So of you have registered and login, it draws normally.
There are a handful of little items here and there, but we should be all good in the next day or so.
Once again, thanks for your patience.

It shows my password in a drop down when you click on it. So if anyone gets on my computer they will see what my password is and be able to log in to my account. Usually when you put in passwords they pop up as stars but it's not happening. I really need you guys to make this top priority, and then I need to change my password.

Good to have you back fuzz. To be honest, the old forum version was 3 years old, and not being supported any more.
This new one does all kinds of cool stuff (and is WAY more secure), but you have to give it a couple of hours to poke around.
I promise we wont change it anytime soon.

Also, welcome back fuzz.

Any idea when this search function will be available? Or is it already?
Also, I miss the grey shading on the boxes the posts are in. All this white screen hurts my eyes :(

I don't who's frigging idea it was to implement these changes but they
need their heads examining.
I have to log in every time I want to reply to anything, which means I can't actually add anything to a discussion without quoting someone. No new topics from me then ( not that actually means much ).
But come one who the hell implements these kind of changes with no warning given to the masses. I have been banging my head against a brick wall.
