Techmarine/Spyder Extra Attacks

Ok I know that a techmarine with its servo arms and a canoptic spyder with its fabricator claw get a extra attack now in 6th, yet for the life of me I cannot find where in the rule book or codex that it says this.

If someone could refer me to the page I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

The tech marine can make 1 attack with his servo arm (and counts as a power fist), 2 attacks is he has a servo-harness. Note: this doesnt give him extra attacks on his profile, just 1 (or 2) aditional 'bonus' attacks.

Ah nah I just saw that somewhere and someone I was playing with said that. But now that I read what they were talking about it's really questionable to give them an extra attack. So I wouldn't use it since it requires being really stingy about wording in the rules.

So the Spyder doesn't get an extra attack unless your a dick and then you can argue basically everyone gets an extra attack so long as they have 1 CCW. It doesn't feel right so I wouldn't use it.

IG Techpriests have them too. It's S:8 I:1 ignores armour saves.
