Basically I am wondering if I can deepstrike my monolith and then use it's portal of eternity to teleport a unit to it on the same turn.

Reserves occur before the movement phase and deepstriking would then occur after. Now the portal of Eternity says at the beginning of the movement phase you can teleport a unit through it. So if I deepstrike the monolith in, is it now too late to use the portal? Or does the deepstriking also occur at the beginning of the movement phase and I can use the portal?

Any Clarification would be appreciated.

Also not really related but deals with the monolith. Does the monolith get a jink save if it deepstrikes?

I would say yes as it counts as having moved but it's up for interpretation.

At the beginning of the phase, you're not on the board yet, so if it says 'beginning of movement' then you can't teleport units. It's just like how you can't use psychic powers that occur at the beginning of the movement phase when coming in from reserves. You're out of luck here.
