Dreamforge Kick Starter Leviathan = count as titan

Hey guys not sure if you have seen there is this company called dreamforge out their trying to get off the ground that is producing models and one of them is something called a leviathan size wise its 1.5" shorter then a warhound titan and looks amazing. here is a size comparison image I snagged from someone.
