What is your favorite color for Tyranid Toenails? I use codex grey with a streak of bleached bone.

I'm pretty partial to Dark Angels Green, with a highlight of Scorpion Green.

DCM: The second I saw this I thought "He actually did it!" I actually did laugh out loud. You know a reply is coming... And if it doesn't we can just make SoB comments till it does :) I don't know which one I would prefer more, a free pass at dissing sisters or seeing the post that supposedly would never be made.

@ Drunkencorgiemaster: maybe, but what fun is a forum in which people only post WIP and Army list ideas? The internet wouldn't be the internet without limitless amounts of individuals not knowing when to stop. Heck, isn't that what got both threads started in the first place?

Speaking of which, does anybody think it would matter if I painted all my SoBs with red nails? They are Order of the Ebon Chalice but silver is too gaudy and black is too emo.

isn't it obvious? hormagaunt purple.
sisters should get the all black treatment with white, sun deprived skin and thick eyeliner. that'll get the look right. :p

I model my Nids on bases deep with the corpses of the Sororitas so no need to paint the toe nails, though they would be an ivory hue under all that blood.

Warlock Purple. That colour is so underutilized, anytime it pops up, I go "Wow, Warlock Purple!" :D

Im not sure I have a preference, I guess if the theme fits, its all good. I like a contrast actually, so if the Nid is dark, light coloured claws/toe nails and vice versa.

I did once convince my girlfriend to help me paint some miniatures by telling her its just like painting your nails, only more fun!
