So I just started my new job on Monday, and it's all going swimmingly. And I've learnt a lot in three days, including the following tidbit.....

The Financial Ombudsman Service have jurisdiction over Paypal in the UK! Now sadly that isn't my department and as such I can't offer specific details. But if you have been ripped off by PayPal, or have any other issues relating to them, why not visit our website? Www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk

Probably naughty, but just a bit of a bump.

If you feel Paypal have treated you unfairly, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to assist.

But please don't ask me. I've only just started, and in a different area!
