Oh I was at the front a couple of years ago and kept getting kicked in the head by bloody crowd surfers...
They had Grand Magus supporting which was kinda awesome.

When I saw them, over a year ago now, there was no crowd surfing, hardly any headbanging and terrible local bands with ****ty sound mixes opening >.< Like people were standing around talking. Was doubly disappointing as Alestorm and Arch Enemy were touring here in the same month but I had to pick one and I wish I'd seen Arc Enemy since Angela retired :(

Best gig I ever went to was Arch Enemy opened by Suffocation then Winds of Plague - not really into the openers but they went of and the show was awesome start to finish. Basically had a circle pit in the middle of things the entire show, crowd surfing and a great crowd (like if someone fell over people stopped to help them up). I also ended up upside down at one point which was fun too :p


Oh and Babymetal are touring, I so hope they come down here *fingers crossed*
