Well, I'll start with the pros.

.Its very mobile
.A lot of models
.For GK it has a high weight of fire - 29 storm bolters, 6 psycannons, 7 psybacks and 3 psyriflemen

Cons

.For GK you will suck at combat
.Your malleus inquisitor will die easily - warlord VP for anyone who cares to make minimal effort
.Essentially you're flimsy, you have MEQ models and lesser, no terminators and no purifiers to bridge the gap, but will still be outnumbered or out tanked by regular marines.

You'll match up fairly well against hordes and perhaps highly mobile but flimsy armies like DE and mech eldar

You'll get steamrolled by elite armies - of basically any kind - and dedicated shooting armies.

In hindsight I realized that I offered no advice, so here goes.

First, your army is focused almost entirely to shooting, and your HQ/warrior acolytes stick out like a sore thumb here. My suggestion would be to first lose the incinerator - if you're that close and able to use it, you're outside of a vehicle and a sitting duck, so will die next round. Get some servo skulls and be a cheaper, equally useless *****. For the warriors with him, swap them for 3 servitors with multi meltas or heavy bolters and stick em in a chimera - shorter range but more effective. Or, use a rhino and 2 plasma cannon servitors for longer range and better anti-horde - and gain some anti-terminator firepower. Either way, having them contribute is better than not doing, and you'll gain 3 points and 3 servo skulls for your efforts (you'll need a single acolyte to make the squad 3-strong in this case).

Pretty much all I can think of atm without destroying what seems to be your goal of a gunline.
