Hobbycraft love

Today is a good day. Off I went merrily to my local Hobbycraft to pick up essential life sustaining supplies, poly cement, medium length grass and modelling masking tape and coloured polycarbonate sheeting. Having collected all of the above items bar the polycarb. Sheets I ambled along the GW aisle. Picked up a box of Dark Angel vets which were being sold cheaper, by a quarter than if I picked them up in GW. Happy days.

Yep, a lot of their stock appears not to have gone up with the recent price rises (yet). If you want some Space Marine tanks, say, there's a few decent £5 or so savings to be had there! They're pretty good if you don't mind dealing with a stock update once every other millennium or so (I suspect they'll still have some Black Reach boxes for a while, too, even after the new one's out).

This is why I have a Land Raider now. :)
