I have been doing Necrons for some time, since they were re-released in fact. (Praise be to Our Spiritual Liege)
I didn't realise that I hadn't made a thread for them, so this is that thread, I'm due to take them to Nottingham in August, my main man alshrive is very familiar with this force. :D

You need to give us the recipe of your paint scheme. its very bold and I can see it looking very striking on the table.
Love the royal purple accent and the contrast of the eyes.

The Night Scythe is next on my list, I need to find somewhere to spray the rest of it however, trying to get used to my new digs.

The bone is:
- Do everything in Rakarth Flesh
- Wash with Seraphim Sepia
- Layer Rakarth, leaving Sepia in the recesses
- Highlight with Karak Stone
- 2nd Highlight with Ushabti Bone

The silver is:
- Leadbelcher
- Wash with Seraphim Sepia (same time as the bone)
- Layer with Runefang Steel (leaving Sepia in the recesses)

The purple is:
- Basecoat Naggaroth Night
- Wash Drakenhof Nightshade
- Layer Xereus Purple

The eyes are:
- Do a swirly motion with Altdorf Guard Blue
- Do a swirly motion with Moot Green (but leave bits of AGB showing)
Make sure you can still see the "pupils"
- Wash Drakenhof Nightshade
- Dot of Ushabti Bone in the centre of the eye
