Bionics vs. Powerweapons?

Not that I expect there to be a huge bonus, but in the black templar codex it looks like the rules for the Bionics should allow the roll to be taken for most power-weapon attacks. The FAQ does not refer to it (that I have found) and it only is denied by 'Weapons which cause instant death, or CC attacks which allow no armor saves".

Should you still get this roll against a powerfist?

I would say there is a stronger case for allowing the roll against power weapons - as you are still "allowed" a 2+ armour save against them... however, an AP2 powerfist "does not allow any armour saves" seeing as there is no 1+ armour in 40k.

MEQ powerfists will also insta-kill most (if not all?) BT characters anyway.
