Hi! I have a question that is bugging me for quite a while... in the Necron Codex says that the Death Ray, and I quote: "Every unit (friendly or enemy) underneath the line suffers a number if hits equal to the number of models in the unit underneath the line..." now, the guys in my group play it like this: lest say I have two units of 30 boyz in the field, they draw the line in a way that it touches only two boyz (one from each unit) so they say both units are hit and each unit receives 30 hits since is the number of models in the unit.... does that makes sense to you?? :(

Please guys help me out, if that is true then this is just to freaking overpower since is a S10 AP1 weapon!!

Thanks!

Andy.

One hit per model underneath the line, otherwise it would just say "each unit underneath the line takes a number of hits equal to the number of models in the unit" the addition of the second "underneath the line makes it refer to models under line = hits.
