skimmers flatout move

how far do regular skimmers move flatout, having trouble finding it in rule book.

Looks like only 6" for flat out, but you can still move over terrain and models due to being a Skimmer.
Since I also don't see a specific mention of Skimmers (not fast) and Flat Out, I believe it would simply follow the normal rules, and thus just 6".

Fast Vehicles can Flat Out 12" (p83)
Fast Skimmers can Flat Out 18" (p83)
