This is a topic that began on my local gaming forum, and I am appealing to the greater 40k community at large to assist in making a ruling. I'm sure we'll eventually get a GW response but until then...
It started when someone said barrage should be able to shoot outside allowed max. niightfighting range because those weapons don't require LOS.
I disagreed and pointed out that shooting requires both range and LOS check, and even if barrage ignores LOS, it will still be limited by the specific " cannot target outside of... " for nightfighting.
