forge world rules

i have recently been told that the forge world rules are now being allowed to bu used in tournements like the school league. is this true???

Depending on the tournament, Forge World has been allowed for a long time. It depends entirely on the event and the tournament organizer. There is no unified tournament organizing body that say FW is or is not allowed for every tournament everywhere.
