Basilisk to Medusa Conversion help!

I am trying to convert a basilisk to a medusa, can anybody give me some help/tips?

Hello I've actually done that. I cut off the long barrel of the earthshaker cannon and then attached this pen component that was the right size and had some cool details on it. So my advice is to try and find a suitable pen. :D

what do you mean by pen component?

Cut the barrel and find some plastic or brass tubbing that slips over the remaing barrel. Cut to length. You're done. Tubing can be found at any hobby store. Hardware stores usually have approriate size brass tubing.
