am i reading this right or do you get +1 A for using 2 specialist weapons in CC even if they are not of the same type?

Yep, pretty sure it's changes to simply 2 specialist weapons, rather than 2 specialist weapons of the same type.

yeah, it is a good change. My Chainfist Lightning Claw Terminator Captain just got cooler!

Yes- but you have to choose which you are fighting with. Benefits from one weapon do not transfer to the other!

Can you point out where that is? I'm still mucking through the rule book and I'm sure I missed it. Your help would save me a lot of time.

I read this thread title as power fist + lightning cannon = +1 Attack.

And thought "Awesome! another rule moving from THQ's Space Marine into 40K!"

And no, I'm not being sarcastic about the awesome, though I was kind of aware that my interpretation of the thread title was probably not correct ;)
