auto hit verse auto miss

This came up at the game store recently. The brood Lord has BS 0. That means all shooting attacks auto miss. Pg. 3 BRB. He can however get the psychic power Shock wave from the telekinesis discipline. Nova says it auto targets and hits, and says this, a nova is treated like a shooting attack, and indeed will have a profile like a shooting attack. - which he would auto miss because of BS 0.

Soooo auto hit verse auto miss. What happens?

I believe I read in a FAQ that Nova psychic powers still hit on a BS 0. I don't remember where, so I'll have to look it up.
