Well mobving in the right direction (http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/07/03/european-court-of-justice-rules-on-the-right-to-sell-your-digital-games-and-licenses/).
While not case law it might become and if so could make some forms of DRM illegal

DRM is a badjoke anyway, it only inconveniences the honest consumer, the pirates just wait till someones cracked it, and the hackers just see it as a challenge...

Was it notch who said that if your customers are priating your game you are doing something wrong?
Psychosplodge
07-04-2012, 06:32 AM
No I think he said if someone pirates your game and tells five of his friends it's good, you're probably up...

“If someone copies your game a trillion times, you won’t have lost a single cent,” said Notch. “Some people are using that to ruin the internet.”
Hmmm, also you can convert them to paying customers if treated properly.

What is Minecraft?
Wolfshade
07-04-2012, 07:58 AM
It is lego for the PC.
A sandbox game where you can interact with the scenery, craft items from things you have mined and build your own world.
It apparently is better than it sounds

It's a skill...
Not in the same league as crushing skulls, but a skill none the less...
Wolfshade
07-05-2012, 02:26 AM
I suppose it could be argued that you can train to crush skulls, whereas eruditness is an inherited skill
Psychosplodge
07-05-2012, 02:30 AM
IDK about that, I could provide plenty of evidence to the contrary...

Psychosplodge

What biscuits?
Wolfshade
07-05-2012, 02:58 AM
Two packs of giant cookies (though they look to scale next to my mug), chocolated malted milk (cow biscuits), butter crunch, ginger creames, and a box of luxury chocolate biscuits.
Psychosplodge
07-05-2012, 03:00 AM
You're doing it all wrong, it should be chocolate hobnobs, chocolate digestives, and pink wafer biscuits...
Wolfshade
07-05-2012, 03:07 AM
Apparently though Hobnobs can kill.
In addition I am doing it right as I am having free food.
Psychosplodge

I know, the risk is totally worth it.
Wolfshade
07-05-2012, 03:15 AM
Though I have found that chocolate hobnobs don't taste as nice as normal hobnobs dipped in chocolate
Psychosplodge
