Yes, on Faeit it was said that a Beastman Guardsman was spotted in the WD wording or something. I love mutants especially for my Chaos force. I was about to proxy some converted Beastmen as Penal Legion guys, but actual rules would be awesome.

It's not a separate army list, it just details what abnormalities are 'accepted' in the Imperium. The Beastman was a conversion for a Command Squad Veteran.

Yes but I think they were in RT as ab-humans for guard then missed four editions...

Squats will make a re-appearance, it just takes awhile to apss through the digestive track of the hive fleet.
I am not sure I would want to use them after they emerge...:eek:
