Units with multiple flamer template weapons

I need a rules clarification on firing a unit with multiple flamer template weapons (in my case, a Necron Royal Court of 5 Harbingers of Despair with Abyssal Staves)

Are they allowed to ignore each other for the purposes of placing the template as long as they are models from the same unit that is firing?

No, can't touch friendly models at all. That might change in a week with 6th.
