Black Tide

With Advent of 6th Edition I've heard how mech is being greatly weakened now. So I am wondering would a Black Tide (BT Infantry list) list be fully viable?

Infantry heavy lists have done well for a while. It will depend largely on the weapons you bring. Glancing will hurt, so terminators with assault cannons will do really well.
