Ah, another edition of Warhammer 40K falls by the wayside as the gaming community waits breathlessly for its replacement. Out with the old, in with the new - and hopefully better.I remember doing this dance several times; Rouge Trader to 2nd, 2nd Edition to 3rd, and so on. As I recall, each of these changes is preceded by a ritual of sorts. Like so: interest in the old edition plummets. People break out the 'fantasy-themed-game-of-choice' for awhile and things...
