Hey all. I've many an army and am now starting to build an ork army. Inspired by all the blitz talk in their codex I've decided to model it after wehrmact style armoured regiment. No interest in any third reich stuff aside from the style of the vehicles.

I started posting pictures of my work on a website so I'll link to it. Forgive me if this is against the rules somehow.

Here are two Trukks

Here is a Looted Wagon

Thoughts? I'm not a perfectionist... that is why I love the Orks.

Here are the Kannons I've scratch-built in combination with some Rambo 50cal machine gun kits. Great marriage if you ask me.

This pic is of Trukk#1 pulling Kannon #5 in an action style pose. The Trukk has a purely cosmetic MEGA gun on it's roof.

The first one is without Rambo kit support

The next 4 are made with the Rambo kits and the last one, the quad gun is to be played as two kannons and swivels 360 degrees on it's platform. Great piece

looks like good stuff. But perhaps the decals could use some weathering themselves. If you'd 'dry-sponge' on some chips here and there using brown and metallic colours you can achieve some great effects with little effort.

Yaow. Thanks for the feedback. The decals just went on and I've been contemplating techniques to weather them. Sounds great. Btw your stuff is beautiful

Here is a B-17 I'm converting as a display piece until I can get my hands on an imperial armour book to make the vehicle acurrate. Until it can be converted and enter the battle as a heavy bomber it shall remain a paratrooper transport. My paratroopers be stormboyz.

The pics are of the B-17 and the first 5 stormyboyz I've worked on.

Here is a sweet battle report done featuring my humble Ork beginnings. I borrowed all the infantry less the grots and warboss in mega armour so the troops look awful but the game was worth checking out. Played a cool mission where a templar medic is in a rhino trying to get back to battlion hq and then two warring armies came across him on his travels. The two armies were Khorne and Orks.

I purchased the new Dakkajet and am converting it into a Stuka-inspired Sdakka Dive Bommer. Also set up a wind tunnel for the B-17 which is sporting it's new battle damage as well as the the Dive Bommer.

ORK TRUKK #3 JOINS THE WAAAGH!

This baby was converted from a german Sd.kfz7/1 Half Track and she is looking mighty fine. Luckily the kit came with decent plastic so it blended well with the GW pieces. Left it open topped and whipped up a turret for the rear. Lots of dakkajet bitz on here lol.
