Mindfart - new fliers, old edition...

Right, having a mare here with mind fart in force. How do I shoot at the new flying beasties a la Storm Talon?

Do I need a 6 or is that merely apocalypse?

Or are they fast skimmers so get a 3++ when moving flat out?

Simplest thing is to realize there are no fliers in standard 40k, only fast skimmers that look like planes. Also, skimmers only get a 4+ cover, bikes are the only things that get a 3+.
