I like it quite a bit. Love what you did with the base.

I agree, the base is really nice. The thunder hammer compliments the base by looking quite industrial with the dark washes and rivets on it. The energy glow is well done too.

I like the whole atmosphere of grubbiness about the mini. Just as Nurgle followers should be. It's a shame you didn't paint any insignia or designs on the shoulder plate though, I need inspiration for my own Nurgle Terminator Lord!
