Attached is an image of a prototype Dark Eldar I painted. This one is a prototype in more than one way, as the torso was originally male. I'm not interested in having male wyches in my army, so I've been converting as needs be.

I've been told the figure is a bit too callimastian. What can I say, my art reflects what I like. ;)

Very callimastian, need to work on the callypgean though. I approve. I did the same thing with a lot of my male wych torsos and Razorwing pilots. I like the burgundy/maroon armour too.

Perhaps ... in time. I need more practice with sculpting in this scale, though. Were I to attempt to make her more callipygous, I'm afraid I'd be accused of being a Sir Mix-a-lot devotee (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pt11evVei7M). ;)

Well it isn't really needed, I just threw the word in because both callimastian and callypgean together reference a quote from one of RE Howards Conan books. Geeky quotes amuse me.

That video is also really amusing.

Indeed. Plus a shout out has to be given to the ancient Greeks for giving male nerds everywhere a medium for making bawdy comments whilst not seeming like total pigs (and without getting the snot beat out of them). :D

But in general I'd like to find a way to make my Wyches look a bit more feminine. The arms in the set are all a bit too beefy, and the legs and hindquarters look like they'd be more comfortable on a gridiron (see "American Football") than on a runway.
