Tyranid warriors with wings

Has anyone used the VARGHEIST wings to convert tyranid warriors with wings? And if so how did they look?

that's a fantastic idea.

i went and ordered 3 packs of tyranid warrior wings from Forge World. you get three pairs of wings in a pack. i bought three boxes of warriors. the wings replace the arms you normally give scything talons. they look swell. i gave them devourers. the new codex came out and i discovered that i then had 9 shrikes instead of nine winged warriors. honest. highly recommend. except when they(or your winged flyrant) dies miserably and shames the hive fleet by scattering into a small barrier. :(

Saw some of these converted from the vargheist models on Sunday and they really looked the part! Can say that I will be using them myself when I get around to a Nid army!
