Is Yriel an Autarch?

Does Yriel benefit from being an Autarch, specifically does he gain Exarch powers if joining a squad of Aspect Warriors (C:E pp 21)? He is referred to as an Autarch, but the rules only specifically state that he benefits from Master Strategist and I don't see anything in the FAQ.

Yes he's an autarch. You answered that part yourself.

He will benefit from an exarch's power if the power allows it. Some powers do, some don't.

I often run him with some DAs, so Defend will be kind of useful.
