Taken me a year and half to get all this painted, dropped some units and added new ones as well. Had the latest Ork codex since it came out, started collecting Orks seriously a few months later.

Some shots of the Stompa, it was originally black but I thought it looked boring. So to keep it line with the boltgun metal and brazen brass paint job I gave it a coat of boltgun, washed fomr areas devlan mud and added some ultramarine blue to give it colour and look like raided ultramarine vehicle parts.

Not the best painted Ork army Ive seen, but I can tell you've put in alot of effort, which counts alot in my book.

Id be happy for the 501st to sit and shoot at that lot anytime! lol

Simple, but affective. I saw the paint job in a G.W shop and I like it a lot better than the silly bright green effort.

Not bad looking the metal areas could use another wash of the devian mud or black , the rocks on the bases should get dry brushed , also add sand to the base first than the rocks this will give a better affect . All in all good job though .

I'm doing my Orks up with a darker skin tone also. I get so tired of that cartoony neon green from GW. Nice work on the army... wish I had more time to get mine done.
