Constatin Valdor

Just a little while ago, I was commissioned to create a Constantin Valdor mini, and paint him up at display level.

I thought I would share it with all of you:

OK I'm not trying to be a jerk. Over all it's a cool idea. But after looking at it for a bit heres what bothers me:
Feet look like hooves.
The upside down Dark Angels symbol bothers me.
The red fur tassles (might have tried another color)
Probable coulda put some writing on the scrolls.
Maybe an energy field on the blade (I think it was described as blue in most of the HH Novels).
Just my 2 cents. Do what you do. Again cool idea.

That much gold just bleeds together and hurts to look at. I'd have used another color on the armour to contrast it. Agree with the points above. The red would work if it was true light highlighted like the rest of the model. His hands are totally lost on that weapon, they're identical colors.
