Also on the Black Library website a splash "The Ravens are coming 7th May".

How like the Raven Guard to keep secrets close to their chests, but don't worry, Deliverance comes to those who wait and you'll find out more soon enough.

Sorry we can't tell you more just now, but we'll be dropping little hints about what's to come tomorrow, with the full reveal next Monday. Black is the new black.

So the question is, is this a new HH novel or a 41st millenium one? Maybe something more on Corax's disapperance or the effects or his mutant marines?

After the huge let down that was Deliverance, I'm not exactly chomping at the bit to read more about them....

My initial reaction was thinking along the lines of a space marines battles novels, rather than an HH. I think it is because the style is not along side the lines of the other HH releases.

What I want to know is if everything is ruddy and will fifty percent of the casualties be from headshots.

The video appears to be related by a Book George Mann is writing, I'm basing this viewpoint on the recent release of his eShort book "Prey", which is about Raven Guard Chaplain Cordae embarking on a spiritual quest on Kiavahr.

It's seems this eShort is a prelude to another novel/novella/audio drama being released on 7th of May.

Following the previous of pattern of "Aurelian" and "Catechism of Hate" and given the relative short notice of this release date, I suspect that this Black Library product will be a novella. But it's hard to guess really.

It's quite likely the story will tie in with other characters and events from George Mann's audio dramas ('Helion Rain' & 'Labyrinth of Sorrows'), characters like 4th Shadow Captain Corrin and Veteran Sergeant Grayvus. Perhaps even possible mention to the Brazen Minotaurs?

Either way I'm looking forward to 7th May. :-)

EDIT: Note and interesting comment by George Mann which states a possible clue that is open to interpretation http://www.blacklibrary.com/Blog/prey-for-deliverance.html

In Prey, a prequel, of sorts, to the campaign in the Sargassion Reach that began in Labyrinth of Sorrows

Wow, I love the description of the Chaplain's armour and I really like the idea of focusing on the RG beliefs and superstitions. TBH, anything that gives us more background on them is great, they are probably the worst supported FF chapter in that regard.

they are probably the worst supported FF chapter in that regard.

The Raven Guard are slowly getting better anyway I think the worst supported parent chapter in my opinion is probably White Scars.

On the up side this future release might be part of a series.

Oh wow, an RG graphic novel! I loved the artwork in Lone Wolves, and I'm really liking those pics of the RG. Here's hoping for a full novel about them at some stage.
