Doom-kitten's SoB 0.2 (WIPs mostly)

So we all know who this is, Celestine, so the first images are her current state and the last is her completed but still needed some finishing touches, such as basing and final layers to the wings. The wings are a complete theft of Son of Osiris but I regret nothing and applaud this awesome change from those ugly cherub baby thingies. The wings are also pretty much the extent of my conversion skills, yes I'm that awesome. Anywhos, the colour scheme is pretty basic and little has changed from my previous failed attempt at this except of course greater detailing. I've already spotted some things myself, interesting how pictures make something look a tad bit different or cause imperfections to blaze out, for example the highlighting of her armour seems to be missing? So comment, makes weird faces at it or throw some tomatoes, whatever it is you feel like doing.

Your whites look really clean and lovely. How many layering steps are you utilizing?

I start with Fortress Grey, followed by a highlight of 50/50 FG and Skull White, finally I apply a highlight og pure white too the raised edges. It takes about two layers of the mixed highlight and a dry brush prior to the layering helps alot, you can see the drybrush on her wings.
